We provide private mortgage investment services. Annual returns to participants are between 5% and 14%. All loans are secured by commercial
real estate.
Our loans are secured by investment properties at no more than 50-70% LTV. As a result, unlike many banks, we have not written down or written off even one loan during this crisis. In fact, our growth rate has not diminished at all.

Annual returns to participants start at 5% and go up to 14% depending on the loan. We are not aware of any other investment that remotely approaches our risk-adjusted returns.

By investing with us participants effectively become the bank alongside 1st Bridge. The participation is pari passu, i.e., 1st Bridge and its participants do not have priority over one another.

Our conservative lending criteria are unparalleled in the industry. They are the product of 22 years of loan origination history. They have allowed us to prosper even during the toughest times the mortgage industry has ever known.

Minimum investment is $25,000.
